Group Coaching

This program focuses on empowering you with community support.  Each week we’ll meet for an hour and a half to learn how to positively support each other through mindfulness and coaching.  We will create a safe space to explore specific topics such as self-care, limiting beliefs, healthy habits, and self talk.  You’ll be paired with an accountability partner and learn how to create SMART goals together.  During this program, you will begin to build your “Wellness Toolkit” and start your journey to a healthy and more intentional life.

What to expect:

*3 Month Program.

*Weekly group zoom sessions for 12 weeks.

*Recap email including a summary of the session and journaling prompts to reflect on.
